Rosie Brown, COOK co-CEO since 2000.
Rosie Brown, co-CEO of COOK, runs what Best Companies say is the #1 “Top Food and Drinks Brand to Work for”, alongside her brother Edward.
Founded in 1997, COOK nourishes the nation through 90 retail stores, 800 concessions, and a rapidly expanding delivery business. Our kitchens use the same techniques as you would at home, so everything looks and (more importantly) tastes – homemade. We just use bigger pans.
A founding member of the BCorp movement in 2013, COOK is recognised for its pioneering projects, RAW Talent programme and Kindness Fund. These initiatives help people get back into work and donate meals to those in need.
Compassion in World Farming Awards has recognised COOK for its dedication to sourcing produce sustainably, and we work closely with farmers to ensure we always pay a fair price for what we need.
Rosie and her 1,700 award-winning colleagues believe business should not only be a force for good, but that healthy and happy relationships are the foundation to happiness in life, and at work. She also chairs an employment board at HMP Wandsworth, helping prison leavers make new lives in the world beyond the walls.
